| Ingredients: |
2 1/8 C Flour |

1 Tbsp Sugar |

1/3 tsp Salt |

1 Packet of Yeast |

2 3/4 - 3 C Water |
|
2-3 Eggs (3 to add richness) |

1/2 tsp Salt |
|
1/2 tsp Baking Soda |
|
1/2 - 3/4 C Water |
| Instructions: | Mix first half of ingredients (flour, sugar, salt, yeast and water). Cover and let sit to rise for 3-6 hours.
Uncover, add in eggs, salt, baking soda, and water and stir. Drop by 1/3 cupfuls into frying pan that has a little melted butter in the bottom of the pan and roll pan to spread dough out equally. Cook until top looks almost done, then flip. Cook 1-2 minutes more and take off.
Spread your favorite jams, syrups, or sugars over the top. Roll up and eat. |
