| Ingredients: |
1 C Wonder Bread - 6 slices |

4 C Hamburger Buns - 1pkg |
|
1 1/4-1/2 Cubes Butter |
|
4 Eggs |
|
1/4 tsp Salt |
| Instructions: | Bake and dry out bread and buns in oven until lightly browned. Put into food processor to make bread crumbs. Add eggs first, then Butter. Roll into balls and boil in hot water for a few minutes until they float. If ball falls apart add a little bit of egg whites. If still falling apart, add a little more butter. Cook the ones you need for soup. If there are extra balls left, freeze until next time. And then boil before making your next batch of soup.
Soup- Chicken stock, boil onions, carrots and chicken if desired. But not necessary. Chicken stock with just angel hair is delicious. When noodles are done, add butterballs. Salt and pepper as necessary. |
