5 qts popcorn |

2 cubes of butter |

1/2 C white karo syrup |

2 C brown sugar |
|
1 tsp salt |
|
1 tsp soda |
|
1 tsp vanilla |
| Instructions: | Melt butter. Add sugar, syrup, and salt. Bring to a boil. Boil 5 min on medium heat w/o stirring. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and soda and stir well. Stir into popcorn. Pour onto buttered baking sheet. Bake at 250 for 30 min stirring every 10 min. |
