4 Eggs |

1 C Milk |

1 C Flour |

1 tsp Salt |

2 Tbsp Sugar |
| Instructions: | Mix ingredients until there are only a few if any lumps. Let sit for a few minutes for air bubbles to go away. (Blenders work well, but require extra time to eliminate air bubbles). Melt a little oil, butter, or cooking spray in pan. Pour a small amount of batter into a non-stick frying pan and tilt pan to spread around. Cook. When it doesn't run anymore and edges are turning brown flip and cook till slightly brown. Top as desired, roll, and cut. Best served fresh. |
